How to Turn Your Podcast into a Magnet for Your Dream Clients

What if your podcast wasn’t just a passion project, but a direct pathway into your soul-led business?

That’s exactly what we explore in this episode of Podcasting for Spiritual Women, featuring a live coaching call with the radiant Tonesha Hyde of You Are Immeasurable. Tonesha had already built a meaningful show—but like many spiritual entrepreneurs, she felt her podcast wasn’t converting listeners into clients. Together, we worked through aligned, actionable steps to shift her visibility and guide her audience more intentionally.

Here are some of the biggest takeaways from our coaching call:

1. Your podcast title needs strategy, not just soul.
Tonesha made a beautiful change from “U R Immeasurable” to “You Are Immeasurable”—but we took it further by adding an SEO-rich extension: “shadow work and healing for BIPOC spiritual entrepreneurs.” Why? Because that’s what her people are searching for.

2. Too many links = confused listeners.
Instead of offering five different places to go, Tonesha simplified it down to one powerful link. When it’s easy to take action, more people do.

3. Your show notes are a goldmine of content.
We turned her “what you’ll walk away with” list into social media carousels, saving time and amplifying value. Every podcast episode holds multiple pieces of repurposable wisdom—use them!

4. Pick podcast categories that help you stand out.
The “Spirituality” category is packed. We explored changing her primary category to “Society & Culture: Personal Journals” to stand out and attract more ideal listeners organically.

5. Coaching-style episodes build deep trust.
Instead of handing the mic to someone else, Tonesha is now leaning into her voice and offering her audience transformation directly through her solo episodes and client sessions.

Your voice is powerful. Your podcast is a path.
Let it lead people not just to inspiration, but to your sacred work. Small shifts can create massive ripple effects.
