Hello Beautiful!

What an exciting day I had yesterday.  My podcast launched with three episodes and I’ve got another 17 already recorded and ready to go.  I also have been on the podcast guesting kick too – had one earlier this week and we laughed and had so much fun.  I simply love to connect to people and having a deeper connection we  can all share, it’s valuable and authentic.  I’ll be sure to let you know when it goes live!

Feeling all the feels about launching your podcast? You’re not alone.

The launch process can stir up excitement, imposter syndrome, and every “what if” imaginable. But with the right energy and preparation, you can turn that emotional swirl into momentum.

✨ Follow these 5 steps to launch your podcast from a grounded, soul-aligned place:

  1. Define your deeper “why”
Write out why you’re starting this podcast—not just for your business, but for your purpose. Revisit it when the nerves hit.

  2. Clarify who your podcast is for
Make a one-sentence statement that describes your ideal listener. This will guide your content, tone, and message.

  3. Create a launch plan that honors your energy
Pick 2–3 aligned ways to announce your show (email list, IG Live, podcast party, etc.). Don’t overdo it—make it sacred, not stressful.

  4. Expect and embrace fear
When resistance shows up, pause and name it. Know that fear is a sign you’re stepping into something meaningful.

  5. Focus on connection, not perfection
Your first episode is the beginning of a journey. You don’t need to be polished—you just need to be present.

🤩Testimonial of the week: Val Selby has a great podcast called Val Full Volume. Check out what she has to say about working with me.

“Kim has been amazing to have on my team. I am thankful for her organization. I know exactly what I and my team members need to get done and when so we are scheduling ahead. This makes recording much more fun because I get to do what I love most…talk! Thank you Kim for making podcasting easy for me.”

New Content & Resources for this week:

Podcasting for Spiritual Women is now live!  My first three episodes are here.  Check out:

001: The Hardest Episode You’ll Ever Make – The hardest episode you’ll ever make is the first one—because it asks you to move through fear, self-doubt, and perfectionism just to begin.
002: Why Spiritual Entrepreneurs Should Start a Podcast Now
 – A podcast is one of the most powerful ways for spiritual entrepreneurs to share their message, build trust, and attract aligned clients—without depending on social media.

003: What’s Holding You Back from Podcasting – What’s holding you back from podcasting usually isn’t tech or time—it’s the fear of being seen, heard, and truly showing up as yourself.

🌟🌟🌟

I’m off to a networking luncheon now.  It’s good for the soul to be with other women and I’m looking forward to it today.

Love and Light,

Kim

Hi, I'm Kim!

It’s wonderful to have you here!  If I’m not producing podcasts, I’m listening to them while gardening, playing with the dogs or tending my chickens.
