Hello Beautiful!
I’m treating myself to a cut and color today – because isn’t it essential that we keep our own cups full?
Last evening, I attended a networking event right on the beach, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Here in Boston, our summer days can turn humid and sweltering, but the cool Atlantic breeze was exactly what we needed. With the tide out, we had expansive stretches of sand to gather on, creating the most relaxed atmosphere for meaningful conversations.
We talked shop, dipped our toes in the refreshing ocean, and simply enjoyed each other’s company. The evening wrapped up with fresh seafood – honestly, what better way to network than this? It was networking and self-care rolled into one beautiful experience.
This weekend, I encourage you to prioritize filling your own cup. We simply cannot pour from an empty vessel or give our best when we’re running on fumes. So grant yourself that well-deserved break, carve out some precious “me time,” and remember – taking care of yourself isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.

✨ Thinking About Starting a Podcast? Here’s What You Need to Know
If you’ve been feeling the nudge to share your voice in a deeper, more aligned, and powerful way… podcasting might be the portal you’ve been waiting for.
Here are three truths I want you to know:
🎙️ 1. Your Voice Is a Healing Tool
Can we talk about something real for a moment?
As spiritual women, we’re natural sharers and nurturers. We love to guide and uplift each other; it’s literally in our energetic DNA. But somewhere along the way, we got caught up in the content grind. The pressure to create three or four reels a day, to have perfect lighting, to always look “camera ready.”
Here’s what I know to be true: You don’t need to go viral or dance on Reels to make a difference. Your voice, raw, real, and grounded in your lived wisdom, can be one of your most potent energetic tools.
When someone listens to your podcast, they’re not just hearing information; they’re also engaging with your content. They’re tuning into your frequency. They’re feeling your presence, your calming nature, your hard-won knowledge. There’s an energetic spaciousness in long-form audio that creates intimacy. People get to know you, love you, and trust you through the power of your voice alone.
That level of connection? It’s what creates lasting relationships and soul-aligned clients who are drawn to exactly what you offer.
You don’t need perfect lighting. You don’t need a script. You need the courage to speak your truth.
👥 2. The Market Isn’t Too Crowded for You
I hear this one all the time: “Someone else is already doing this. So-and-so has a podcast about healing. So-and-so talks about spirituality. The podcasting space is crowded already!”
But here’s what I want you to really sit with—no one else is doing it like you.
Are they in your head? Do they have your years of wisdom, your specific modality of teaching, your way of bringing light to the world? Do they carry the exact combination of life experiences, spiritual insights, and healing gifts that you do?
The answer is no. And that’s your superpower.
Your voice carries a unique blueprint. The way you tell your story, the lessons you’ve lived through, the particular flavor of magic you weave through your words… that is what magnetizes your right-fit community to you like moths to a flame.
Even if a thousand others are speaking on your topic, your perspective, your energy, and your approach are completely your own. And that’s exactly what your aligned listeners have been searching for. They just don’t know it yet.
When you share authentically, you naturally weed out the people who aren’t meant for your world, while drawing in your true fans… the ones who will listen every week, email you about episodes, and eventually become your most aligned clients.
🌀 3. One Episode = Weeks of Content
Podcasting simplifies your marketing. Here’s how:
- ✍️ Turn a podcast quote into an Instagram post
- 📧 Pull key points into a newsletter (like this!)
- 🎥 Create Reels from your most powerful takeaways
- 🎁 Repurpose into a freebie, course, or lead magnet
Your podcast becomes the heartbeat of your content ecosystem. It’s not just about having more to say; it’s about making everything you say go further.

🤩Client Testimonial of the week: Alicia James, a podcaster and social media agency owner, was recording with I was able to pull this amazing testimonial during the production process:
“DEB: it has made all the difference because between all the things that we’re doing, we realize that by trying to create something, we’re not always the experts and we need to lean on those relationships that we’ve built both ways.
ALICIA: Which allows us to stay in our realm of genius and allows Kim to be in her realm of genius. And by us all working together, we can create something amazing.
DEB: And shameless plug, please go check out KP Creative Media and Kim, for any podcast that you have to do. I will tell you that she has been our saving grace in creating this podcast for you, with you. And you should absolutely go check out all of the other podcasts that she’s helping to produce as well.
ALICIA: Absolutely. She is incredible.”
