I’m writing this today from my favorite desk – the outside one.  I can’t do editing out here but I can do admin work, and we all know as business owners… there’s always admin work to be done.

Last week, I talked about a few wins I had – did you celebrate yours?  This week, I’m going to talk a little about the wins of your podcast and a new journey I’m on.

If you’re in your first 90 days of launching a podcast, you might be feeling a little…impatient.
Where are all the downloads? Why isn’t it exploding yet?

Here’s the truth: your first 12–15 episodes are laying your foundation. The numbers WILL come — but there are a few smart tweaks you can make right now:

✨ Create more solo episodes. You’re the authority. Don’t give it away! Coaching sessions you’ve already done (with permission) make great episodes too.

✨ Check your episode titles. Are they Google-friendly? Do they clearly tell someone searching what your episode is about? It’s not too late — you can update old titles!

✨ Share it EVERYWHERE. Add your podcast link to your email signature, newsletters, social bios, even your website banner if you can! –  oh and on those thank you pages!  Smart!!
